What can I do for you?

Diensten – Therapy and guidance for life questions, relationships and personal development

Sometimes life feels stuck. In your relationship, within the family, or within yourself.
You notice that certain patterns keep recurring, that conversations come to a standstill, or that past experiences still influence how you feel.

In my practice, I offer various forms of therapy and guidance. Depending on your question, we look together at which approach suits you best. Central to this is always that the relationship between client and therapist feels right.

On this page, you will find an overview of my services. Through the links, you can read more about each specific form of therapy.

Systeemtherapie (relationship and family therapy)

Relationships never stand alone. Everyone is part of a larger whole: a family, extended family or social environment. Within such a system, people continuously influence one another.

When communication breaks down or tensions build up, systemic therapy can help to recognise and break patterns.

Systemic therapy can help with questions such as:

  • Why do we as partners keep ending up in the same argument?
  • How can we communicate better in our relationship?
  • How do we as a family cope with illness, loss or change?
  • Why is our child experiencing anxiety, behavioural issues or tension?
  • How can we restore trust after a difficult period?

Regression Therapy

Some complaints originate from past experiences. Those experiences can continue to have an influence, even if we are not always aware of it.

In regression therapy, we explore where certain beliefs, emotions, or patterns come from. By revisiting and processing these experiences, space can be created for change.

Regression therapy can help with questions such as:

  • Why do I always react so intensely in certain situations?
  • Where do my negative beliefs about myself come from?
  • Why do I keep being bothered by an old event or trauma?
  • Why do I continue to be troubled by an old event or trauma?
  • How do I feel stuck in recurring patterns?
  • How can I process and let go of old experiences?

Are you unsure which form of therapy suits you best?

Many clients do not know exactly which form of therapy they need. That is very understandable. In an initial consultation, we will look together at your needs and which approach aligns with them.

Sexological counseling

Sexuality plays an important role in people’s well-being and in relationships. However, it can be difficult to discuss problems or doubts about this.

Sexological counseling offers a safe environment to explore questions about sexuality, intimacy, and desires.

Common questions include, for example:

  • Why do we have less or no desire for sex anymore?
  • How do we deal with differences in sexual desire?
  • Why do I experience tension or insecurity surrounding intimacy?

Sometimes you feel that there is more to you, but you are unable to give concrete form to it. You get stuck in recurring patterns, doubt your choices, or lack direction in your work or private life.

In a safe and personal setting, we explore your motivations, talents, and challenges. Not only to gain insight, but specifically to get you moving.

Life coaching can help with questions such as:

      • What do I actually want with my life or work?
      • How do I break patterns that are holding me back?
      • Why do I feel restless or dissatisfied, even though everything seems “good”?
      • How do I increase my self-confidence?
      • How do I take concrete steps towards change and discover what suits me?
